## Job description
- 主要负责热管理系统能耗管理和开发，承接整车能耗目标，制定热管理系统能耗指标和定义，并将热管理系统能耗目标分解到相关零部件，并纳入日常管理；
- 负责热管理系统匹配开发及热管理系统级目标定义和分解；
- 协助完成项目车型热管理系统认可等相关工作。

### 教育背景
- 本科学历以上，能源与动力工程、建筑环境与设备、机械制造及其自动化、车辆工程、低温制冷等相关专业；

### 工作经验
- 汽车等相关机械行业工作5年以上，有新能源车企汽车热管理行业工作经验优先；

### 专业知识
- 熟悉汽车空调及冷却相关工作原理，熟悉汽车热管理系统构架和发展趋势

### 能力要求
- 具有良好的沟通和协调能力，工作积极，具有吃苦耐劳和奉献精神。
