## Job description

主导团队研发前沿AI规控算法，重点攻克复杂场景行为决策、交互式轨迹预测与规划、端到端驾驶模型、基于大语言的场景理解 等方向，提升系统在城区等复杂环境下的智能性和拟人化水平。 本科学历及以上，工作年限5年及以上。
