## Job description
- 负责在研成本管理策划；
- 负责在研成本目标过程管理；
- 负责开发全周期成本问题管理；
- 负责研究院在产车型年度成本目标分解和达成策划。

### 教育背景
- 本科及以上学历，财务会计等财经类相关专业，注册会计师或中级会计职称可适当放宽。

### 工作经验
- 5年以上财务工作经验，担任过成本经理。

### 其他
- ①工作踏实认真，自我驱动力和学习意愿强烈，具有较强的抗压能力； ②具有优秀的跨部门沟通协调能力，有全局观、原则性、服务意识和团队意识强烈。
