## Job description
- 协助项目经理组织项目立项准备工作，完成项目可行性分析；组织向动力总成集成院、产品开发中心及公司汇报，实现项目立项；
- 负责项目进度管理，项目月度工作计划收集、管理、跟踪，风险识别、预警、推进及项目里程碑节点评审组织；
- 负责各项目需求资源的协调推进，搭建项目推进平台，建立项目推进机制，为项目提供流程和方法支持；
- 负责试制及资源管理，对发动机、变速箱、整车项目开发需求样机试制全过程跟踪与协调。

### 学历

本科及以上； 专业：车辆工程、机械设计等汽车相关专业； 工作方向：动力总成项目管理； 工作经验： a、具备项目开发管理经验，从事过项目管理相关工作； b、具有大专5年，本科2年及以上产品开发项目工作经验； 技术要求： a、掌握发动机基本结构与工作原理； b、掌握产品开发流程及项目管理相关知识； c、具备较强的组织、协调和沟通能力。
