## Job description

1、主要负责： ①负责某一具体在研项目预研架构模块的组织和管理，为了实现公司产品规划及战略，统筹分析在研项目，并实现； ②担某一项目技术总工，负责跨专业技术问题分析与决策 ③负责某一具体项目预研架构模块各项指标达成。 2、次要负责： ①负责整车VTS批准 ②负责组织产品概念配置表技术可行性分析、争议项评审和决策（含变更），技术风险落实，配置技术可行性及工程配置表批准 ③负责部门预研和整车技术集成能力建设，培养整车技术集成经理

### 教育背景
- 大学本科以上学历，具有工程师或相当职称；汽车等相关专业

### 工作经验
- 本科8年、硕士3年及以上整车设计或相关的工作经验，

### 专业知识
- 拥有较丰富的项目管理、产品策划、性能开发、总布置、项目技术管理等方面的工作经验；

### 能力要求
- 组织承诺、人际理解能力、积极主动、诚实正直、整车专业知识丰富；

### 身体状况要求
- 身体健康，无传染性疾病、能抗压
