## Job description

### 开展工艺纪律检查，解决现场工艺及质量问题
- 根据车间工艺管理制度和体系，定期开展工艺纪律检查，落实工艺相关考核，确保车间工艺纪律检查各项指标的完成；组织各部门快速有效地解决现场工艺及质量问题，建立并维护相关考核制度，并监督工艺的实施；

### 落实工艺技术
- 完善车间工艺文件，管理车间各项工艺参数，形成作业准备，推进车间标准化作业，更好地服务于生产，确保工艺符合率；

### 组织新工艺、新材料、新设备的规划筹备工作
- 组织新工艺、新材料、新设备的上线筹备、试验、试用、评估等规划筹备工作，确保新工艺、新材料、新设备满足生产的工艺要求。

### 教育背景
- 学历要求：本科及以上； 专业要求：汽车、物流、工商管理及相关专业；

### 工作经验要求
- 5年及以上物流工艺相关工作经验；

### 职业素养要求
- 团队合作、积极主动、诚实正直、责任心强；

### 特殊资格/条件要求
- 无

### 身体状况要求
- 身体健康，无传染性疾病。
