## Job description

负责电池系统项目管理，开发资源推进及目标达成； 负责统筹电池软件、硬件开发总体进度，开发质量，计划管控和成本达标，组织电池团队开发活动； 负责电池DVP的编制和实施； 负责电池系统质量问题解决和闭环横展等。 本科及以上学历，机械设计、自动化、电气自动化、机电等相关专业； 三年以上电池系统开发经验，有完整的电池项目开发管理经验优先； 熟悉电池项目开发的流程、规范、法规和关键开发活动； 熟悉电池系统开发DVP、开发流程和测试方法； 良好的组织协调能力及团队合作意识，敢于担当、抗压能力强，具备较高的职业道德素养。
