## Job description
- 项目开发 负责外饰模块项目的技术集成、管理集成；包含项目外饰模块系统的竞争力、CMAN、重量、成本、AUDIT等的策划及目标达成；负责项目系统技术问题方案制定、推进；负责项目计划、成本、质量的过程管理及目标达成。
- 双提升 负责外饰模块项目双提升目标分解、达成策划、过程管理及目标达成。
- PMT机制建立及推进 为了响应总公司的战略要求，落实所负责项目PMT运行体系，负责推动相关部门协作，完成跨专业重大问题协调，促进目标有效达成。
- 外饰系统集成管理开发体系、流程、标准的建立、实施与过程监控 协助高级经理组织建立外饰系统集成管理基础能力体系与流程，不断优化与完善外饰集成管理的方法与标准，提升外饰系统集成的开发能力。
- 技术管理和人员培养 负责对主管系统集成工程师、系统集成工程师和助理系统集成工程师的技能培训提升。制定科室人员技术能力培养与提升计划，并对实施过程进行监督，为公司培养具有较强专业能力的主管系统集成工程师。

### 教育与专业
- 本科及以上学历，汽车、机械等相关专业；

### 工作经验要求
- 硕士≥6年；本科≥8年；有OEM相关工作经验；

### 特殊资格/条件要求
- 有一定的三维设计和运动模拟能力；

### 身体状况要求
- 身体健康，无传染性疾病。
