## Job description

### 负责牵头指导行人保护开发工作
- 熟悉全球行人保护法规、NCAP技术要求；
- 熟悉整车安全性能开发流程，具备良好的总结能力；
- 依据项目开发进度进行行人保护的性能开发； （数据校核、行人保护方案设计及确认、试验方案规划、性能结果确认及冻结）；
- 熟练使用行人保护数据分析软件（hyperwork、hypermesh等）。 ①学历：本科及以上学历；汽车工程、交通运输、机械设计等领域； ②工作经验：5年以上试验室相关工作经历，具备较强的英语读、写能力，熟悉汽车构造和汽车理论知识；能够开展行人保护、零部件级试验； ③职业素养要求：较强的管控能力、工作推进能力、执行能力及抗压能力。认同奇瑞企业文化与价值观。
