## Job description
- 能独立承担照明系统/保险杠设计与开发任务、独立承担产品的优化和改进工作，根据整车产品开发计划，制定相应开发计划，确保产品的试制、改进、试验和验证工作按照计划进行；
- 为新产品的开发质量和现有车型的重大问题、系统性解决方案提供技术保障；
- 负责产品设计指南更新、标准更新、BP编。

### 学历
- 大学本科及以上学历；机械、车辆工程、材料、电子、计算机、软件、电气工程及自动化等相关专业；

### 工作经验
- 本科≥5年，硕士≥3年；具备主机厂或者零部件工作经验的优先；
- 熟悉内饰门内护板、尾门护板等产品开发流程，产品结构，工艺及模具；
- 熟悉项目管理，汽车构造和汽车理论知识；

### 职业素养要求
- 向上生活观与审美观，责任心强、沟通能力强、积极主动、诚实正直，抗压能力较强；认同奇瑞企业文化与价值观。
