## Job description

### 主要负责

① 负责舱室布置方案并推动专业实施 ② 断面/TI/FC/ICD制作更新及横向拉通 ③ 人机目标达成及DMU校核与整改 ④ 可维修性、标准车头、节点交付 ⑤ 法规解读/校核/设计验证/一致性 次要负责： 上车体能力体系建设和人才梯队培养。

### 教育背景

全日制本科及以上学历，车辆工程、机械等相关专业； 工作经验：平台架构工作经验满8年以上，总布置工作经验满5年以上乘用车总布置上车体工作经验； 专业知识：熟悉汽车构造、汽车理论知识、汽车设计开发基本流程和方法；熟悉上车体布置工作流程并熟练掌握常用工具、方法的使用；熟悉汽车行业的标准法规并熟练掌握其设计校核方法； 能力要求：具备上车体相关布置设计经验，熟练操作CATIA软件，较好的组织协调和沟通能力，执行力强，具备一定的抗压能力； 身体状况要求：身体健康，无传染性疾病，能抗压。
