## Job description
- 负责整车项目灯具系统部分的开发承接，对于项目下发的目标，结合专业开发能力，落实分解，确保满足项目要求。
- 根据项目开发范围，负责灯具系统零部件成本，进度，质量按照项目要求达成。主动升级推动解决工作中遇到的技术，成本，质量等问题。
- 对于产品开发过程中的重点难点，推进落实解决。
- 负责北美市场性能认证及法规准入要求。

### 教育与专业
- 全日制统招本科及以上，工科类专业。

### 工作经验要求
- 8年以上工作经验，OEM/供应商均可，必须有海外项目开发经历，北美项目优先（精通某一市场，经历产品开发全过程，例如概念设计→定点→验证→法规→量产）。

### 专业技能
- 熟练掌握灯具系统基本构造及工作原理，熟悉灯具系统开发流程及海外市场准入法规。

### 特殊资格/条件要求
- 英文流利，有多元化工作经历，具备执行力、开放性和情绪管理能力。
