## Job description
- 大学本科或以上学历，制冷专业、汽车相关专业优先。
- 有5年及以上整车厂或者新能源车空调热管理/冷却热管理开发经验，有5年以上热泵开发、匹配和控制经验优先。
- 精通整车热管理，动力性经济性专业知识。
- 精通Amesim、Matlab、Catia等软件。
- 性格开朗，并具备良好的沟通能力和逻辑思维能力。
- 抗压能力强，英语水平优秀者优先。
- 负责制定的性能开发目标进行达成路径分析，指导硬件开发和选型。
- 负责热管理控制策略制定和优化。
- 负责热管理降电耗的相关工作。
- 负责整车空调风量分配、除霜除雾、乘员热舒适性、空调系统、电机冷却、电池热管理匹配仿真报告的解读及问题推进。
- 负责整车空调台架及整车的性能匹配、优化及功能标定等工作。
- 负责整车热平衡实验、空调性能及电池热管理领域整车实验的实施。
- 解决研发各阶段（仿真、环模验证、道路验证等）出现的热管理性能相关问题。
