### 教育背景
- 本科及以上学历，机械设计、自动化以及机电一体化、材料成型等专业。

### 工作经验
- 本科≥5年，硕士≥3年相关工作经验。

### 专业知识
- 具备外饰装饰件和灯具等功能件模具分析能力，可以分析模具变更可行性、周期和成本能力
