## Job description
- 负责底盘模块技术项目节点的跟踪、推动和管理。
- 底盘专业年度技术规划的管理和落地跟踪；
- 底盘模块技术创新KPI的管理和监控；
- 负责协助底盘专业部门分担一部分技术项目的开发工作（根据项目具体情况），包含技术项目中涉及到跨部门的工作推动；
- 公司技术创新工作任务的承接、组织和推动；
- 底盘行业新技术扫描、搜集、维护（包含参加供应商技术交流展）；
- 底盘模块其它非技术立项的新技术的跟踪和管理；
- 承担部分其它模块的新技术的跟踪、推动和管理工作；

### 教育背景
- 本科及以上，机械、电子、控制等专业 ；

### 工作经验
- 5-10年乘用车底盘设计开发经验；

### 专业知识
- 底盘专业知识丰富，熟悉底盘各系统结构、原理及关键设计要素；了解现阶段底盘技术发展趋势及未来底盘发展的核心要素；

### 能力要求
- 良好的组织协调能力，良好的沟通能力。
