## Job description

### 设备企业技术标准建立、推行；新技术、新项目、新工艺推进
- 评审并监督设备管理体系的运行状态；负责指导机械员对设备的招标选型、预验收、开箱、安装验收，参与设备招标书的编写、技术协议的审定，参与设备的评标；并负责设备润滑技术研究、应用和推广；

### 设备项目备件及相关采购招标
- 设备采购必要性、通用性、国产化等评估，建立相关的标准，相关方案提出与执行，为公司降本；

### 设备事故的调查处理
- 负责设备事故技术调查、识别设备安全风险并整改；故障报告书的审核、改进方案的会签。依照安全四不放过原则负责对事故全程处理；

### 监控、掌握设备状态
- 依托EAM管理系统，系统性监督设备运行状态；对异常点提出技术整改方案，并横向展开，列入防错措施中，并监督执行。 1.

### 教育与专业

本科≥5年，大专≥8年，中专≥12年（必须具有大专及以上学历），机电类、制造类或工商企业管理类，助理工程师或相关资格专业； 2工作经验要求：5年制造和管理经验，其中团队管理或技术管理2年； 3.

### 职业素养要求

诚实正直、团队合作、灵活应变、有自信心； 4.

### 特殊资格/条件要求

有较强的逻辑分析能力，应变能力强，遇事冷静，有较强的心理素质； 5.

### 身体状况要求

身体健康。
