## Job description

（1）能够定义整个感知系统的技术路线、模块划分和数据流，具备软硬件协同设计思维，能根据芯片算力、内存带宽、功耗等硬件约束，设计最优的算法部署方案。 （2）负责系统性定位感知问题根源并推动优化，能够在算法精度、计算效率、硬件成本和开发周期之间做出最佳权衡。 （3）深刻理解数据驱动的重要性，能够设计和构建高效的数据闭环系统，驱动模型迭代。 本科学历及以上，工作年限5年及以上。
