## Job description

负责内饰的集成开发工作，跟进项目进度和质量，保证项目的顺利实施； 对新产品的开发、验证和试制过程进行跟踪和分析； 制定零部件的工艺规范和技术质量标准； 负责产品的技术文档整理与维护等。 本科或以上学历，机械、材料、车辆工程等相关专业； 8年以上内饰设计与开发经验，具有1个及以上车型项目安全约束数据绘制经验，熟悉整车开发流程； 熟练操作CATIA软件，可进行3D数据制作，能够熟练运用Office办公软件； 了解产品模具、检具、硬饰件产品基本工艺； 良好的团队合作精神、较强的责任心以及沟通能力、基础的工作英语读写能力。
