## Job description
- 负责构建海外适应性验证评价体系，输出验证规范与技术指南
- 推动验证流程与项目管理系统的深度融合，闭环管理与风险预警机制建设
- 参与全球化质量验证能力建设，开展前沿技术研究与对标分析，输出知识资产与最佳实践
- 博士研究生学历，车辆工程、机械工程、测试计量技术、可靠性工程等相关专业
- 具备整车性能评价、环境适应性验证或可靠性工程相关研究经历，有海外学习或研究经历者优先
- 具备良好的逻辑思维能力与系统性思维，能够搭建评价体系与方法论
- 具备较强的沟通协调能力与团队合作精神，能够推动跨部门协作
- 英语CET-6及以上，具备良好的英文读写能力，能够阅读国际法规标准
