## Job description
- 现场执行类文件（基础表格、模板）的审核；
- 工装资产、状态管理异常问题责任判定、改进方案制定等；
- 攻关解决工装疑难问题；
- 监控、掌握工装状态，改进工艺方法；
- 工装员、工装工程师人员技能测定、标准制定。

### 教育与专业
- 本科及以上学历，机械类、铸造等相关专业；

### 工作经验要求
- 有5年以上汽车行业压铸技术和管理经验，其中团队管理或技术管理2年者优先；

### 职业素养要求
- 细心，有责任心，沟通能力强，以公司利益为一切的工作出发点；

### 特殊资格/条件要求
- 具备模具维修工作经验，熟练掌握CAD/CATIA/UG等软件运用；

### 身体状况要求
- 身体健康。
