## Job description

负责空调热管理系统（包含热泵、热管理、空调）控制软件需求分析； 负责空调热管理系统控制软件算法开发和功能模型开发； 负责空调热管理系统应用层软件的诊断功能开发； 负责空调热管理系统软件设计说明文档编制； 负责空调热管理性能、热管理虚拟标定、热管理能耗的仿真计算； 负责空调热管理控制软件开发领域创新课题和技术攻关的组织和实施，推进热管理功能智能化拓展和大数据应用工作。

### 教育专业

本科及以上学历，车辆工程、电子或软件专业； 岗位应知：熟悉空调热泵系统、空调舒适性控制算法及能量算法、PID控制算法；熟练使用MATLAB/Simulink开发软件；熟悉CANoe、CANape、INCA等系统测试和分析工具；熟悉AUTOSAR架构、SOA服务架构、ASPICE软件开发流程；具有英飞凌、NXP等主流汽车电子芯片驱动开发经验； 岗位应会：具备嵌入式电子产品的专业知识；具备两款以上新能源汽车热管理软件量产项目经验，包括软件需求设计、算法开发、软件测试等； 工作经验：需要有5-10年的汽车行业从业经验，8年以上的软件开发工作经验；有热泵系统控制软件开发经验者优先。
