## Job description
- 制定工作规划、方案及年度计划，根据检查考核标准，组织、监督、推进执行。
- 组织入职、晋升转岗、节日、专题、警示教育；协助开展廉洁文化宣传工作。
- 组织纪律和业务廉洁风险防控监督，发现并落实问题整改。
- 建立和维护信访举报渠道并保证畅通有效。
- 受理各类线索并做好分办处置。 7、组织案件审查、审理、通报并跟踪处分执行。 1、教育背景：本科及以上学历，中文、思想政治、企业管理或理工类相关专业。 2、工作经验：3-5年以上企业相关工作经验。 4、其他： ①具有良好的忠诚度和敬业精神； ②沟通能力强，工作态度积极乐观，有较强的亲和力； ③工作踏实认真，自我驱动力和学习意愿强烈，具有较强的抗压能力； ④中共正式党员（条件优者可适当放宽）。
