## Job description
- 重量目标 根据市场竞争力，对所定义级别车辆进行可达成性的，设定出有竞争力并满足车辆定位的重量目标； 负责整车重量目标的分解、达成和验收等业务工作；
- 重量过程管理 对设定的目标达成过程中，主控设计重量对目标重量的达成性，实物重量对设计重量的一致性状态管理； 在整车重量开发中出现的问题，负责组织专题会议推进解决；并提供减重所需的专业分析支持，推进其达成，满足项目时间和质量的要求。
- 业务小组能力建设 根据业务职责，对重量规范体系和对现有机制改善需求，独立的进行能力建设和体系修订工作，召集相关人员对能力建设体系方案进行评审并达成。对减重需要的专业知识以及数据库，进行收集整理，形成系统有效的参考支持文件。
- 协调管理工作 在主任师带领下完成对整车重量开发过程中对上下游部门的资源协调工作，推进各项工作按照既定计划和目标实施；

### 教育背景
- 大学本科以上学历，具有工程师或相当职称；汽车等相关专业

### 工作经验
- 工作经验要求：工作经验要求：本科3年、硕士1年及以上整车集成或整车方向工作经验；

### 能力要求
- 组织承诺、人际理解能力、积极主动、诚实正直、能承受一定压力；

### 身体状况要求
- 身体健康，无传染性疾病、能抗压
