## Job description
- 负责协助公司设备开发部极片段设备开发技术工作；
- 负责极片段新工艺新设备新技术验证及技术难题攻关，熟悉未来技术方向
- 负责极片段涂布设备双层模头的开发选型，
- 负责极片段制浆设备选型，对高效制浆及双螺杆制浆具有相关工作经验
- 负责极片段设备/工艺能力提升爬坡；
- 本科及以上，材料类、化学类等相关专业。

### 工作经验要求
- 3年以上动力电池电芯工艺开发或设备开发经历，且具有2年以上电极段双层涂布模头工艺开发或设备调试工作经验；

### 职业素养要求
- 爱岗敬业、有较强的执行能力和团队意识。

### 特殊资格/条件要求
- 外语水平：具备一定的英文读写能力

### 身体状况要求
- 良好
