## Job description

负责上海项目的空调冷却部件开发； 支持项目投产； 完成零部件开发认可； 完成零件售后质量问题分析及改进。

### 教育背景

本科及以上，电子或机电一体化、机械、车辆工程、制冷、能源管理、商务管理等专业； 工作经验：本科≥5年，硕士≥3年新能源汽车、传统汽车整车热管理系统架构经验，对热管理部件具有5年以上开发经验，熟悉DVP、DFMEA、SOR及SSTS要求，熟悉项目开发流程； 能力要求：具备吃苦耐劳的精神，具备较强的组织协调和沟通能力，具备较强逻辑思维。
