## Job description
- 本科以上学历；
- 有汽车行业工作经验，5年以上相关岗位工作经验，有新能源汽车行业销售背景；
- 具备丰富的商品车OTD业务管理经验，能快速提升商品车供需保障能力及效率；
- 具备优秀的团队领导管理能力、沟通能力、执行能力；
- 有强烈的责任心和时间观念，善于协调各方资源，快速达成目标。
- 年度及6个月滚动需求计划的产销衔接管理；
- 月度生产需求计划数量及节奏的产销衔接管理；
- 商品车生产下线入库计划及异常调度管理；
- 结合产销衔接规则，制定终端订单管理规则；
- 终端订单规则的培训宣贯及推动执行；
- 进销存报表透明化、信息化；
- 车辆下线入库至经销商处的物流发运及交付管理；
- 车辆运输质损、保险及时处理、车辆维护等管理。
