## Job description
- 负责新车型项目整体投产进度策划、节点管控及全流程生产启动准备工作；
- 负责车型投产相关方案、管控流程及投产标准文件的编制、更新及落地实施；
- 负责车型量产启动阶段问题统筹、进度优化、跨部门协调及全过程技术管控；
- 负责改款车型试制、试生产跟进，统筹各车间工艺整改及量产启动落地工作。

### 生源资质
- 本科及以上学历。

### 专业要求
- 机械、车辆工程、电子信息工程、自动化等相关专业。

### 证书要求
- 能正常取得国家颁发的毕业证及学位证。

### 在校表现
- 党员、优秀毕业生、学生干部等优先考虑。

### 其他要求
- 身体健康，热爱汽车行业，乐于奉献，敢于挑战。
