## Job description
- 负责整车耐久可靠性性能目标制定与分解，推动全过程达成。
- 负责整车耐久可靠性试验策划与方案制定，涵盖零部件、子系统及整车级验证。
- 负责耐久可靠性试验数据分析与问题排查，推动失效分析、根因定位及改善闭环。
- 负责耐久可靠性试验方法与标准体系建设，推进试验能力持续提升。
- 参与前瞻耐久可靠性技术研究，探索智能化、数字化验证手段在工程中的应用。

- 车辆、机械、电子

### 生源资质
- 博士

### 职业素养要求
- 诚实正直、团队合作、培养他人

### 特殊资格/条件要求
- 英语优秀者优先,

### 身体状况要求
- 健康。
