## Job description

①职业卫生管理：组织落实职业健康三岗体检、职业病危害因素检测；管控接害岗位防护用品配备、使用监督；建立职业健康档案，开展职业健康宣教，包含职工的健康促进及保障工作； ②安环体系运维：维护EHS体系文件，配合内审、外审、各类合规审核；跟进体系不符合项整改闭环； ③安全年度计划：负责编制年度安环业务计划并按月分解至各业务板块，要求各一级部门及异地基地编制各自板块的业务计划，包含不局限于安环经费投入的计划、人员管理等内容； ④培训支撑工作：协助开展三级安全教育、专项安全培训，完善培训档案； ⑤安环目标管理：年度组织签订安全目标责任书并对前一年的安环目标绩效进行兑现。承接股份下发的安环目标并分解至各一级部门及异地进行，实时监测并定期考核。

### 学历要求
- 硕士及以上

### 专业要求
- 安全工程、消防工程、化学工程等相关专业

### 技术知识
- ；对相关安全方面的工艺、设备、机械、电气等有所了解

### 技能要求
- 熟练使用Office办公软件（Word、Excel、PPT等）；具备良好的沟通协调能力，能跨部门协作沟通；具备一定的文案工作基础，能编写相关报告和文件
