## Job description

### 主要负责
- 负责新项目座椅系统相关零部件的开发、设计、降本等工作；

### 次要负责
- 协助主任师负责新项目的开发，新技术的引入等工作；在产维护，技术升级，成本优化等工作；

### 辅助协调
- 负责座椅系统相关能力建设等工作。

### 教育背景
- 大学本科及以上学历；车辆工程、座椅、机械自动化、电子等相关专业；

### 工作经验
- 工作经验大专≥8年，本科≥5年，硕士≥3年；

### 专业知识
- 熟悉汽车座椅系统及相关零部件（骨架、发泡、塑料件）的功能、结构，及其制造工艺，相关法规，熟悉项目管理；熟悉汽车构造和汽车理论知识；

### 能力要求
- 工作的责任心强、沟通能力强、积极主动、诚实正直，抗压能力较强；认同奇瑞企业文化与价值观；善于发现问题及解决问题，并有较好的客户意识。
