## Job description
- 负责机器人的滚边调试、质量提升等工作；
- 负责机器人软件标准的开发、升级和维护；
- 组织供应商团队完成项目的实施，包括标准的落实、过程疑难问题处理、总结及标准化等；
- 负责机器人周边设备的标准化工作，包括视觉、RIP、管线包、修磨器等；
- 负责机器人相关前沿技术的研究以及研究成果的转化工作；
- 负责机器人相关培训工作；

### 教育与专业
- 自动化、机器人、电气工程、机电一体化相关专业；

### 工作经验要求
- 10年以上行业工作经验（包括主机厂、线体商、专业的自动化分包商）；专业从事机器人滚边调试3年以上，承担过5个以上滚边项目的调试工作，能独立解决滚边调试过程中的质量问题，并具备回溯至前期SE\方案\设计阶段的能力；
- 熟悉汽车行业机器人相关标准，具备2种以上行业标准的实施经验；
- 良好的组织和人际沟通能力，抗压能力强；

### 特殊资格/条件要求
- 40岁以下，学习能力强；能接受异地项目短期出差；
