## Job description

空调舒适性维度
- 整车性能目标的制定并正确地分解到系统级，完成breakdown会签并指标达成。
- 整车空调系统性能开发（制冷、采暖、除霜）； 2.1_HVAC系统系统开发设计（包含出风口、风管、流场、风量、压损、温度线性、通风框路径等） 2.2_AC和冷媒系统、采暖除霜系统开发设计（包含压缩机、冷却模块/冷凝器、蒸发器、PTC、暖芯、冷却风扇等）
- 整车空调max性能、自动空调系统及相关策略开发验证。
- 组织分析售后问题并解决方案，积累Lesson Learn。 热保护（冷却、热害）维度
- 基于工况完成动总冷却目标达成，冷却系统相关的系统能力定义。
- 前端冷却模块架构和零部件布置_前端、发舱、底盘、电池等。
- 整车热保护性能和控制策略开发验证。
- 组织分析售后问题并解决方案，积累Lesson Learn。

### 生源资质
- 本科及以上学历。

### 专业要求
- 车辆、机械、能源动力类专业等相关专业。

### 证书要求
- 能正常取得国家颁发的毕业证及学位证。

### 在校表现
- 党员、优秀毕业生、学生干部等优先考虑。

### 其他要求
- 身体健康，热爱汽车行业，乐于奉献，敢于挑战。
