## Job description
- 制动系统方案的预研/制定/分析，计算校核，性能指标分解，性能匹配实现等；
- 制动系统（踏板、管线、制动器、转向节等）的零部件开发，分析校核，数据发布等；制动控制系统开发/标定/验收。
- 制动系统/零部件的可行性分析、匹配及台架/路试验收。性能指标分解。系统性问题分析、解决；
- 项目对接，系统牵头，能力建设，规范建立等；
- 制动行业趋势、新技术的预研分析、应用，竞品分析对标，数据收集管理；
- 控制产品开发过程，对所负责系统明细表和其他技术文件进行编制，组织评审系统/零部件方案，完成项目节点交付物，开展OTS、设计变更管理等工作；
- 依据项目目标进行开发过程的周期、成本、质量等管控，开展降成本活动；
- 负责相关标准、规范和数据库的建立；完成能力建设、三化等其它工作。 1.

### 教育与专业

全日制本科及以上学历，车辆工程、机械、电控等相关专业； 2.

### 职业素养要求

执行力强、善于思考、关注细节、团队意识强； 3..熟悉汽车构造、汽车理论，掌握制动系统知识； 4.掌握测量、模具、机械原理、机械设计、机械工程材料、公差配合等相关专业知识； 5.能够掌握沟通技巧，很好的与其他人员进行沟通； 6.熟练掌握工作计划管理； 7.良好的英语听说读写能力； 8.

### 身体状况要求

身体健康，无影响工作的疾病及传染性疾病。
