## Job description
- 统筹座舱软件开发部整体战略、技术路线、组织能力与年度目标规划落地。
- 牵头语音、3D、平台、应用等全栈软件架构设计与关键技术方案决策，保障架构先进性与稳定性。
- 构建部门级项目管理、质量管控、流程体系，确保车型按期交付。
- 统筹跨部门协同与重大技术攻关，解决架构、集成、性能、量产关键问题。
- 负责部门团队建设、人才梯队、预算管理、文化落地与绩效目标达成。
- 把握行业技术趋势，推动技术预研、创新落地与核心竞争力构建。
- 本科及以上，计算机、软件、车辆工程相关，15 年以上座舱软件开发或管理经验。
- 精通座舱软件全栈架构、车载操作系统、中间件、语音等开发流程。
- 具备战略视野与决策力，能统筹多项目、多平台、多团队的复杂交付体系。
- 极强的风险管控、资源统筹、目标达成与跨组织领导力。
- 深度理解车载软件质量、安全、合规、性能与用户体验要求。
