## Job description

1、负责动力域(HCU/ECU/TCU/OBD/功能安全等)电控系统功能及子系统需求分解，软件需求编写，软件架构及算法设计、控制模型搭建、模型测试等。 2，制定软件开发计划、交付物、软件开发问题管理清单，跟踪开发过程，审核交付物等，确保开发活动闭环。 3、组织和协调相关部门分析售后及现有产品的设计改进和质量攻关，并提出解决方案。 4、负责员工技能提升，提供必要的培训。 1、本科及以上学历，电机及电气控制、自动化等相关专业 2、3年及以上动力总成控制系统控制策略开发经验。
