## Job description
- 负责AI芯片编译器技术路线制定，主导自研AI编译器整体架构设计；
- 负责制定编译优化技术方案，包括图优化、算子融合、内存规划、流水并行等核心功能设计与实现；
- 负责编译与硬件协同设计，参与NPU指令集和架构设计，芯片性能验证等；
- 跟踪AI编译器领域技术演进，规划技术演进方向与推动落地； 1. 计算机科学，软件工程，计算机体系结构等相关专业，本科及以上学历； 2. 8年以上编译器研发经验，精通C/C++/Python等编程语言，熟悉MLIR/LLVM等开源编译框架； 3. 熟悉计算机体系结构，深刻理解NPU/GPU硬件架构及计算特性，具备芯片软硬件协同优化经验； 4. 深入理解Triton、cuTile或者CUDA、OpenCL等异构编程模型，具备实际项目研发经验；
