## Job description
- 围绕机器人应用场景对电芯的性能需求，开展高能量密度、高倍率、长循环寿命、宽温域电池材料的研究与开发。
- 负责机器人动力电池电芯选型，解决机器人的安全性与可靠性等问题。
- 对机器人高负载运动、待机、快充等不同工况，开发自适应能量调度算法，最大化能源利用效率。
- 跟踪全球电池技术及机器人能源系统前沿发展趋势，结合公司产品战略规划未来电池技术路线。
- 撰写技术报告、专利及行业标准，参与跨部门技术协同与项目攻关。

### 生源资质
- 博士及以上学历。

### 专业要求
- 材料、电化学、电池、工程热物理、电气、控制、机械等相关专业

### 证书要求
- 能正常取得国家颁发的毕业证及学位证。

### 在校表现
- 在校期间担任学生干部、获得校级及以上荣誉者优先。

### 其他要求
- 身体健康，热爱汽车行业，乐于奉献，敢于挑战。
