## Job description

"1、结合公司战略和变革管理需要，协助组织并策划公司管理模式、组织机构与职能管理方案并推进落实； 2、组织公司一级经营体方案设计、评审与运行效果评估，并指导各经营体内部开展细化分级方案； 3、负责不断优化公司组织机构与职能管理制度和流程，相关信息系统、授权维护； 4、搭建管理沟通平台，提高公司管理沟通效率和质量，帮助实现重大事项的及时讨论、决策和执行落实等，为年度经营计划的有效执行，年度经营目标的达成提供保障； 5、政府、协会等外部相关单位对接。" "1.

### 教育与专业

机械、汽车工程、工商管理、市场营销类相关专业。 2.

### 工作经验要求

专科5年/本科3年以上，特别优秀者条件可适当放宽，有相关工作经验者优先考虑。 3.

### 职业素养要求

认同公司企业文化；遵守制度规范；遵守人际交往规则。 4.

### 特殊资格/条件要求

有较强的办公软件应用能力；会驾驶；男性优先。 5.

### 身体状况要求

身体健康，无传染性疾病。"
