## Job description
- 根据项目开发的各个节点要求，结合项目开发进度及本科室相应的工作职责，制定个人工作计划，并在师傅或科室经理的指导下实施;
- 在师傅或科室经理的指导下根据项目需要，集成推动造型工程问题整改工作，推动各项工作按照既定计划和目标实施；
- 根据项目需要，依照科室规定，进行造型工程相关会议的组织、纪要编制以及跟踪等工作，确保问题顺利关闭 ；
- 依照科室统一规定，对所负责造型工程集成管理工作的完成情况进行阶段性总结和汇报；
- 为保证科室可持续发展，依据科室的能力建设规划，按照科室能力建设计划，在主管师或经理的指导下参与流程体系梳理、专业知识技能提升、职业素养等各方面科室能力建设工作，提升个人工作能力。

### 生源资质
- 本科以上学历。

### 专业要求
- 车辆工程、机械设计制造及其自动化、工业设计等汽车等专业。

### 在校表现
- 党员、优秀毕业生、学生干部等优先考虑。

### 其他要求
- 身体健康，热爱汽车行业，乐于奉献，敢于挑战。
