## Job description
- 负责海内外市场辅助驾驶售后问题分析，维护技术平台上的辅助驾驶案例清单，通过远程诊断平台对问题进行分析定位，向技术团队输出可行性方案。
- 负责开发维护智能诊断场景、典型问题案例库建设，给一线技术人员提供持续性指导手册。
- 整理辅助驾驶分析方法、专业话术和关键技术文档，并给一线技术人员定期培训，提升专业能力。
- 负责对接营销中心提出的问题关闭流程方案等，并对问题进行质量信息管理总结归类，推进质量改善。
- 负责应对辅助驾驶批量、重大事故等市场质量问题，并推进质量改善。
- 具备远程诊断能力，并响应中心要求，具备现场快速定位问题一次解决的能力。
- 硕士研究生及以上学历，计算机、电子通信，自动化等专业。
- 深度理解软硬件工程中产品、算法、研发、测试等多方协作中经常出现的问题。
- 良好的逻辑思维能力、成熟的沟通能力、情绪控制能力、观察能力、分析和判断能力。
- 有全局视野，有较强的领导能力、决策能力、风险识别能力和问题管理能力。
- 能独自承受压力并面对挑战。
