## Job description

负责外后视镜系统的设计开发工作； 负责零部件的系统选型、断面设计、结构设计、方案设计、接口设计、造型可行性分析和工艺分析等工作； 管控零部件开发计划，并推进成本、质量、性能目标的实施和达成； 制定零部件的技术标准、试验规范、数据、图纸等技术文件； 负责SOR编制和发布，参与供应商开发和管理； 精通玻璃系统的设计，具有问题识别能力、实物装车问题解决能力、售后问题解决能力； 负责新技术研究和应用。

### 教育与专业

全日制大学本科及以上学历，汽车、机械相关专业； 工作经验要求：要求5年以上相关领域工作经验； 熟悉汽车OEM的设计和发布流程； 熟悉玻璃系统结构和生产技术（模具、工装等）的详细知识； 具有实物和虚拟验证经验，熟悉DVP编制及了解相关标准； 了解CAE仿真工具，熟练掌握CAD软件操作（CATIA）； 具备良好的问题解决能力、协调沟通能力及良好的供应商管理能力； 能适应项目出差，根据项目节点需求分解工作。
