## Job description

### 供应商管理
- 负责组织本科室员工定期对本地化供应商进行过程、体系、工艺方面的审核；及时对供应商开发进度跟踪和供货实物质量方面的评价工作；定期组织供应商关于供应商质量管理要求等方面的培训；

### 整车技术改进
- 组织科室人员对整车进行系统的排查，预防质量问题的发生；并对现场已发生的质量问题进行攻关；寻求新技术，对制造过程进行防错提升；

### 售后、库区管理
- 对售后发生的问题进行管理，落实到装配及检验工位，建立预防再发生机制，防止问题复发；

### 涂总、KD包装检验
- 组织人员对整车质量状态及KD发运件实施检验把关，通过售后及AUDIT的问题进行工艺优化，确保整车不满足标准及顾客关心的问题不流出。

### 教育与专业
- 汽车、质量或管理相关专业，本科及以上学历；

### 工作经验要求
- 五年以上相关工作经验；三年以上整车质量管理工作经验；

### 职业素养要求
- 作风正派、协调能力强；

### 特殊资格/条件要求
- 有很强的事业心、责任心和开拓进取精神，坚持原则；

### 身体状况要求
- 身体健康。
