## Job description
- 负责自动驾驶车载相机 ISP 算法研发与优化，提升图像质量（降噪 / HDR/ 畸变校正等）；
- 结合感知需求，优化 ISP pipeline，支撑目标检测 / 分割等任务性能提升；
- 与硬件、底软团队协作，推动算法工程化落地。 1.计算机 / 电子 / 自动化等相关专业，硕士及以上学历; 2.3 年以上 ISP 算法研发经验，熟悉图像预处理流程; 3.精通 C++/Python，了解车载相机硬件特性者优先; 4.有自动驾驶感知系统集成经验者优先.
