## Job description

### CMAN管控与成熟度管理
- 负责CMAN（配置管理/变更管理）流程的管控，严格把控数据成熟度，确保数据在各阶段的准确性与完整性。

### 横向拉通与对齐
- 主导CMAN相关工作的跨部门横向拉通，确保各相关方信息对齐，消除信息孤岛，保障项目进度。

### 数据发布与接口管理
- 负责ICD（接口控制文件）及DMU（数字样机）的管理工作，统筹数据的发布流程，确保数据发布的及时性与规范性。

### 设计问题协调
- 负责PQCP（产品质量控制计划/流程）中的设计问题管理，进行横向拉通与协调，推动问题的快速关闭与解决。 1，教育背景：硕士本科及以上学历，车辆工程/机械相关工科专业优先； 2，逻辑思维强，表达清晰，行事主动积极，善于沟通； 3，有强烈的责任心、良好团队合作精神，具备良好的多任务处理能力； 4，有汽车行业相关实习经验者优先考虑
