## Job description

1、负责汽车内外饰件用复合材料的选型、铺层设计、表面质量优化及性能验证，以满足外观、耐候、抗冲击及电磁屏蔽等要求。 2、负责汽车底盘与车身结构件及飞行器主承力件用碳纤维复合材料的开发与应用研究，重点解决高比刚度、抗疲劳、耐湿热老化、碰撞吸能及损伤容限等关键技术指标。

### 生源资质
- 硕士研究生学历；

### 专业要求
- 高分子材料、复合材料、材料科学与工程、应用化学、车辆工程等相关专业；

### 证书要求
- 能正常取得国家颁发的毕业证及学位证；

### 在校表现
- 在校期间表现优异者优先考虑；

### 其他要求
- 身体健康，热爱汽车行业，乐于奉献，敢于挑战。
