## Job description
- 参与设计维护自动泊车控制算法软件架构及接口；
- 负责车辆横纵向控制算法开发及量产落地；
- 负责控制算法的回灌及实车验证，跟踪解决实车问题，提升算法性能和稳定性；
- 自动泊车新功能开发和性能优化，实现更高效好用的泊车体验。
- 本科及以上学历，车辆、控制、自动化、计算机等相关专业，3年以上规控算法相关经验；
- 具备扎实的C/C++编程基础和良好的编程习惯；
- 熟悉车辆运动学、动力学模型，熟悉PP、PID、LQR、MPC等经典的横纵向控制算法；
- 具有泊车或智驾实际量产开发经验者优先；
- 具备良好的沟通协作能力，具有较丰富的实车调试经验，能够清晰、高效定位并解决问题。
