## Job description
- 负责车间工装内控指标的达成，模具状态监控；
- 根据生产状态收集、整理工装隐患问题，编制并实施大（项）修年度计划；
- 深入生产现场掌握工装技术状态，学习了解工装新工艺、新结构、新材料、新技术，攻关解决工装疑难问题，并总结经验完善各项目历史遗留问题同产品、规划设计部门对接，做好预防规避工作。

### 教育背景
- 全日制大专以上机械、模具设计及制造相关专业；

### 工作经验
- 3年以上冲压工艺及工装管理工作经验；

### 其他
- ①.掌握冲压大型覆盖件模具工作结构原理、技术状态及运行情况，了解行业的先进技术，故障的检查方法，排除模具疑难故障； ②.掌握钳工检测仪器及维修工具的正确使用方法； ③.能够根据模具的运行状态编制预防性检修计划； ④.掌握冲压车间生产工艺的基本知识、生产的组织原则； ⑤.熟悉起重工、电焊工作业的安全操作规程并取得相应资格证书。
