## Job description
- 负责公司成本数据归集、核算、统计与分析，梳理成本构成，精准核算各项业务、项目成本，输出成本分析报表。
- 跟进业务全流程成本管控，识别成本损耗、低效环节，挖掘降本增效价值点，落地成本优化方案。
- 负责成本台账搭建、更新与归档，规范成本核算流程，保障成本数据真实、准确、可追溯。
- 对接各业务部门，收集成本相关数据，解答成本核算相关问题，配合完成成本核查、复盘工作。
- 参与成本管理制度、流程的优化完善，输出价值分析、成本复盘、效益评估等相关报告。
- 完成领导交办的成本技术、价值管控相关专项工作。

### 生源资质
- 全日制一本及以上学历。

### 专业要求
- 财务、会计、工程造价、经济管理等专业。

### 证书要求
- 能正常取得国家颁发的毕业证及学位证。

### 在校表现
- 党员、优秀毕业生、学生干部等优先考虑。

### 其他要求
- 身体健康，热爱汽车行业，乐于奉献，敢于挑战。
