## Job description
- 参与新供应商导入前的质量体系审核及制程能力评估（针对PCB、元器件、结构件等）；
- 制定来料检验标准（SIP）及抽样方案，对IQC团队进行培训与作业指导；
- 跟踪处理来料异常（如尺寸超差、材质不符、可焊性差），推动供应商完成8D整改并验证闭环；
- 定期统计供应商月度/季度质量数据（LAR、PPM），进行绩效评分与评级；
- 协助采购部门对供应商进行年度复审及质量改善专项推进（如CTQ管控）。
- 电子、机械、材料、工业工程等相关专业，本科及以上学历；
- 了解ISO9001或IATF16949基础框架，对SPC、FMEA、PPAP等工具有一定认知；
- 能看懂2D/3D图纸及公差标注，熟练使用Office进行数据统计与分析；
- 具备良好的沟通协调能力，能有效对接内外部多人协作场景；
- 责任心强，原则性强，能适应短期出差，有团队合作精神。
