## Job description
- 编制和校对相关工艺技术质量文件，并对工艺技术质量相关制度提出意见和建议；
- 培训指导生产工人与生产管理人员，提升人员技术水平；
- 具备工艺技术质量的调查和分析能力，编制和审核工艺技术质量提升计划和方案；
- 产线日常工艺纪律执行情况实施监察并督促整改；
- 运用公司相关管理制度和本部门、外部门进行沟通、协调处理工艺质量方面的问题；
- 负责生产过程技术支持及服务，包括对产品质量控制，结合产线过程问题数据统计分析并运用质量工具实施改进。

### 教育与专业
- 本科及以上学历，工业工程、汽车工程、机械、行政管理及相关专业；

### 工作经验要求
- 5年及以上汽车主机厂总装工艺或质量相关经验；

### 职业素养要求
- 作风正派、人际影响好；

### 特殊资格/条件要求
- 熟悉汽车总装工艺技术水平和发展方向，不断更新专业知识，并进行技术转化；掌握总装工艺的基本理论知识、材料知识、设计思路和工作原理；

### 身体状况要求
- 身体健康。
